By installing and using the ScoreNook Twitch Extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension. You must also comply with the general Twitch Terms of Service.
ScoreNook is a Twitch Extension that displays live sports scores (such as NHL, NFL and MLB) as an overlay or panel on a broadcaster's Twitch stream.
If you are a broadcaster installing the Extension:
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide real-time, accurate sports data, ScoreNook relies on third-party sports APIs. We do not guarantee that the scores, schedules, or notifications will be 100% accurate, uninterrupted, or perfectly synchronized with the live broadcast feed (delays may occur).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreNook and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Extension.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
